The standard

House Rules & Dress Code

One night, one standard. These rules keep every night at XCLV safe, sharp, and worth dressing up for. They apply at every XCLV Club venue, and entry means you accept them.

18+ · Valid ID

XCLV is strictly 18 and over. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — the door may ask for it, and no acceptable ID can mean no entry, without refund.

Dress code

Dress to go out: smart casual to nightlife sharp. Not permitted: flip-flops and slippers, sando or basketball jerseys, short shorts, swimwear, and clothing with offensive prints. Final call on the night rests with the door team.

Everyone is welcome

XCLV is a space for every gender, identity, and background. Discrimination or hate toward any guest or staff member — over who they are, who they love, or how they look — has no place here and ends your night immediately.

Respect the room

Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind — gender-based harassment is an offence under the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), and violators are removed and reported. Respect the staff, the performers, and the guests around you.

Keep the peace

Fights, threats, and stirring up trouble — starting or provoking a brawl or any kind of disorder — put everyone at risk. It means immediate removal without refund, a possible ban, and a report to the authorities.

Security

Reasonable bag and body checks at the door. No weapons, no illegal substances, no outside food or drinks. The premises are covered by CCTV.

Lights & sound

The night runs on lasers, strobes, moving lights, haze, and loud music — all night, every night. If you're photosensitive or epileptic, pregnant, or have a heart or hearing condition, take care of yourself first: step away to a quieter spot anytime, and tell our crew if you need help. Sustained loud music can affect your hearing.

Cameras roll

Our crew shoots photos and video most nights — some of it ends up on our pages. Rather not appear? Just tell the photographer, or email info@xclvclub.com and we'll sort it out. (CCTV is separate — that's for everyone's safety, not for posting.)

In an emergency

Follow the crew. Our staff and security are trained for fire and earthquake response — when they direct you to an exit, move calmly and go. Bills can wait; people can’t.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping only in the designated area, per national law and city ordinance.

Right of admission

XCLV reserves the right of admission. Guests who are intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of these rules may be refused entry or asked to leave, without refund. Drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.

These rules form part of our Terms & Conditions. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
